responsibilities
- conduct feasibility study and assist in deal sourcing for potential site / property acquisitions and investments
- prepare valuation and cash flow models to support business decisions
- conduct market research and analysis on competitors’ activities, market positioning and pricing strategies
- monitor market updates including the changes of government policies and economic environment, and assess the financial impact on investment
- assist in preparing business plans and monitor the progress and financial performance of existing projects
- coordinate the due diligence exercise with internal departments and external consultants
- assist in handling land matters and planning applications, including premium assessment and appeal procedure relating to lease modification transactions and land exchange
- conduct market research and review market practices to develop business ideas and insights for business development
- perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned
requirements
- degree holder, preferably in surveying (gp), real estate or related disciplines. degree holder in finance or related discipline will also be considered.
- member of hkis / rics is an advantage
- minimum 2 years’ experience in property development / investment analysis / research and valuation in the property developers or real estate consultants in hong kong
- self-motivated, detail oriented and good team player
- proficiency in english and chinese, ms word, excel and powerpoint
- candidate with more experience will be considered as surveyor
