responsibilities
- comply with the leasing policies and procedures in residential properties/serviced apartment in line with the company’s policies and procedures
- assist in negotiation of existing and new leases within acceptable terms and budgets
- handle the tenancy administration works and maintain good relationship with all agents
- conduct end to end operation for tenants from contract documentation to payment
- collect the leasing data for status reports and maintain the leasing data to ensure database is up-to-date
- respond accurately to queries on lease interpretation and tenant’s complaints
- assist in conducting market research and collecting market information from property agencies
- co-ordinate with marketing agencies and publish advertisement on media
- perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned
requirements
- degree in real estate management / business administration or related disciplines
- minimum 2 years of experience in property or leasing
- good interpersonal skills, self-motivated and result oriented
- good command of cantonese, english and putonghua
