responsibilities
- lead the it services team to manage the day-to-day it services requests from our users (major in hk and some in overseas offices)
- provide good quality support service to users in all it aspects, including vip support
- plan, design and deliver it services trainings, to empower our users to smartly adopt it to increase productivity
- provide the operation reports, policies, and procedures, to manage the team’s operation efficiency and performance
- as a project owner to liaison with vendors/system integrators in solution evaluation and project implementation
- work closely with other teams to complete the assigned projects and tasks
- manage it operation solution services including manage engine (e.g. desktop central), prtg and video conferencing tools (polycom, zoom and microsoft teams…)
- administer the corporate active directory/aad and manage all of our tenants in office 365
requirements
- bachelor degree or above in information systems or computer science
- minimum 12 years’ experience of similar role in sizable companies
- sound experience in supporting ms windows/mac os and mobile devices (ios & android)
- must strong in ms o365 support and windows server/ad support
- sound team management experience including pki management, mentoring and resources prioritization
- familiar with cloud solution, mdm solution (intune) and cisco networking /ipt will be an advantage
- good experience in itsm operation and process management e.g. servicenow, manageengine…
- good experience in it security including end-point patching and programming script in power shell will be an advantage
- holder of microsoft support certifications, itil, cloud azure/aws and ccna is preferred
- self-initiative, able to work independently and need to provide support in non-office hour when necessary
